Hare Krishna 🙏 All Glories to Srila Prabhupada 🥳 PAMHO 🙏 Please read the following details before submitting your application to perform at the Vedic Village Stage to celebrate Lord Jagannath at Ratha Yatra! This application is for dance performances, short theatre performances and vibrant kirtan performances. All submissions must submit a video link of the performance you want to perform and list the names and ages of all participants. Please also note the set times available are between SET A) 12pm to 12:50pm and SET B) 2:45pm to 3:30pm.

Child 11 and under are given priority within SET A and Child 12+ are given priority within SET B. All questions are required, if you don't know the answer to a question please enter the information you have available or "TBC" for to be confirmed.  Sign-up deadline is Thursday 29 January or until sets are fully booked. 

Submitting this form doesn't guarantee a performance set time. If selected, all dance and theatrical performances must submit an mp3 music file no later than Saturday 7 February. Please note the maximum stage dimensions are 2.50m Depth x 5.50m Width so please rehearse accordingly within this area.
